About: GPS Disciplined Oven-Controlled Crystal use temperature-controlled chambers to keep the quartz crystal inside the oscillator at a constant temperature in order to prevent changes in the frequency due to variations in the external temperature. In addition the oscillator is disciplined with a GPS time signal that can generate accurate time signals down to within ~30ns of UTC.
